Solids Handling Systems

The VIMA family of GMP designed motorized Column Lifters includes the HERCULES MINI, MIDI and MAXIMA. The HERCULES MINI   is specifically designed to lift drums, small containers or machines up to 300 kg. The HERCULES MIDI   and MAXIMA can handle Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs bins), drums, FBD containers and machines like Mills and Calibrators up to 2000 kg. In the "MIX" version, the MIDI and MAXIMA can blend drums, bins or containers of different shapes.

CYCLOPES   Bin Tumblers are designed for blending and homogenizing powders and granulates for pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. It can be available with a number of options including a double inclination rotation system, customized container cages, and auxiliary platforms for bin loading. Usable bin sizes range from 100 to 2000 liters.

HYDROWASH   is an innovative Clean-in-Place (CIP) station. It can be used for manual or automatic cleaning of vessels and equipment such as Fluidized Bed Dryers. Low pressure (6 bar) and high pressure (60 bar) versions are available with or without detergents. Constant wash pressure and temperature can be controlled with varying media flow rates. The system can be modularly built-up with a number of standard accessories.

HYDROBOX   is a modular designed contained system for automatic washing/drying of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), drums, pallets, and equipment parts. Suitable for Vima, Gallay, Tote, Bohle, Matcon and other brand bins up to 2000 liter. Designed for handling by manual, motorized and automated bin transport systems and available in both standard and customized versions, with full validation support.

The TWISTER   is a contained transfer system designed to avoid de-mixing problems for powders and granulates or damage to tablets and capsules during 2 level gravity transfers. The system consists of a polyethylene liner which is slowly untwisted allowing the product to gently move from the discharge outlet of the equipment located on the upper level to the inlet of the equipment located on the lower level. The liner is installed in a polycarbonate tube which assures product containment against accidental damage to the liner.

PH-Bin   is an Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) designed for modern day handling and blending of powders and granules for pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. The bin rectangular shape provides better blending efficiency and the frame consisting of tubular legs and supports is easy to wash. PH-Bins are available in both 304 and 316L with a complete range of ancillary equipment to satisfy most user requirements.
